Kim graduated in 2000 dux of her year in the Diploma of Oral Health Therapy from the University of Melbourne. She started her career with Dental Health Services of Victoria at the Wonthaggi clinic, practising general dentistry and managing the clinic.

In 2002 Kim branched into orthodontics, the area she was most intereted in. Kim joined South East Orthodontics in 2003 becoming the first dental therapist with the practice. Kim is very passionate about giving high quality, gentle care to her patients.
